Great for sleeping/relaxation
I bought this after seeing a review of it on tiktok from someone saying it helped reduce high cortisol. Now, whether or not this is medically valid, I do not know. However, as an extremely stressed college student, I'm pretty much willing to try anything.
I really dislike the taste of this since it is so sickly sweet from the stevia, however, the actual lemonade taste is pretty good. I mix it with lime/lemon seltzer and then squeeze in some fresh citrus to cut the sweetness. It works out.
